Alumni CLE Series: An Employment-Based Immigration Overview

The Alumni CLE Series presents "An Employment-Based Immigration Overview: The Current Legal Framework and Why Reform is Necessary " with Sandra Feist `07.

This CLE will describe the laws and agencies that enable foreign nationals to work in and immigrate permanently to the United States based upon their profession.  The speaker will examine systemic problems with the current framework and provide real-life examples from representation of a wide variety of employers and professionals. The discussion will include a review of proposed reforms that could better achieve the goals of employers, employees, and the government.

$30 to attend in person or via webcast. Free for '13-'14 grads, current students, faculty (including adjuncts), and staff. To register to attend for free, email Cathy.Englin@wmitchell.edu.
