IOLTA Tips and Traps for Solo and Small Firm Lawyers: Real-World Examples and Advice
Tarell Friedley '85 has been in solo practice in Apple Valley, Minnesota since 1997. The law firm of Tarell A. Friedley, P.A. primarily focuses in closely held business succession planning, business enterprise strategic planning, organization and development, including formation of business entities and operational planning. Patrick Burns '91 is First Assistant Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility. He is a frequent speaker on the Rules of Professional Conduct.
